Delaying my direct debit for a few days ...
I needed to delay my direct debit from a Friday until the following Monday. So, I rang and spoke to a very helpful young lady Maryjun, who assisted me by speaking slowly and clearly, as I am quite deaf. She solved my issue in quick order and I'm responding to say thank you! Regards Will B
