If I could start a class action lawsuit…
If I could start a class action lawsuit on the predatory and conniving tactics to exploit pros in the business I would. This type of business model needs to be burned down to the ground. Customers have no idea what’s going on in the background and they should pay at least a $5 for finding a new pro. They should pay something. Even a dollar! You can’t have them thinking the platform is free for use. Horrible service. It will be even worst when Ai takes over the company and they start laying off real people. It’s only a matter of time before this company is bankrupt. The model will fail with the rise of ai. I pray this day comes sooner. I’m done with this platform.
