Fantastic first time buyer experience!
We just completed and moved into our first property in Forest Hill and have been so impressed with Adam at Acorn Sydenham during the whole buying process. Adam was amazing from day one - arranging 5 viewings in an afternoon and even giving me a lift in between a couple of properties. He was friendly and amicable but also knowledgeable on the properties shown and if unaware of something, always jotted notes down to check and respond later. When we chose a favoured property he was very flexible when we wanted to arrange second and third viewings. Through the whole process he was always organised and very responsive, providing valuable guidance and advise where needed, communicating swiftly with the seller with any clarifications we needed. From initial interest all the way through to completion he really went above and beyond for us, making our buying experience very pleasant.
