Lack of care during height of pandamic
Have been very unimpressed with my experience with the property management team through Jacksons in Wandsworth. In particular with the rude correspondence I have received from Sarah Lewis. Especially since handing the notice in for our tenancy- which is in agreement with our contract. We have been bombarded with requests for different people to come to the flat for various services. Bearing in mind this is Mid Jan21 and we are at the height of the rise in Covid cases. They've had no consideration for the fact that we are working from home, or that we need time and space in order to allow people in and clean everything afterwards. All email correspondence has been rude and unsympathetic, and left me feel like I am being unreasonable for looking out for my personal safety. Anytime that maintenance checks etc. were needed for the flat in the past they have never given ample notice and always expected us to drop everything and have people over the next day. The fact that this has not changed or been re evaluated during the height of the pandemic is reflective of the lack of care and safety they are practicing in their own business.
