Beautiful product, amazing service!
I recently ordered a matcha tea set from Umi Tea Sets and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The craftsmanship is stunning — delicate, elegant, and clearly made with care. It feels like a little ceremony every time I make matcha now. There was a slight delay in shipping, but when I reached out, their customer service responded quickly. They offered me a refund of the shipping cost and even a 5% discount for the inconvenience. The package arrived well-protected and in perfect condition. After using the set for a few weeks, I accidentally broke one of the smaller pieces (the tea spoon stand), and when I contacted them about a possible replacement, they graciously offered to send me a new one free of charge — even though it was entirely my fault.
