No Assistance in Setting Up Trash Utility in Alabama
Since this may be the only way I can receive help. It’s been incredibly difficulty setting up trash utility. In the state of Alabama whoever owns the house has to set up trash utility. Whenever I call my city, I’m told that I can not set it up, that my landlord or rental company has to set up that utility. I have contacted great jones support several times and have been told they can’t help me. All they’ve done is send a request for trash utility but when I call my city and tell them they’ve sent in a request, I’m told whoever owns the property has to call and fill out a form. I’ve contacted Citizen Home Solutions and even the Maintanence line and again was told they can’t help me. I can not understand how a rental company can not help a tenant set up a vital utility and wouldn’t know the law about trash utility in a state they have rental properties. It’s ridiculous. As stated in my previous review. Do not rent here.
