Smallwoods went above and beyond
I am very happy with my order. I ordered a wedding photo of my niece and had it framed for her for a Christmas gift. It came out so lovely. I had an issue with FedEx delivering it to the wrong house and after trying to track it down myself, I was unsuccessful so I reached back out to Smallwoods to place another order. Small wood graciously credited me back for the lost delivery. I cannot say how grateful I am to them and their customer service team. Unfortunately, this was a FedEx problem not a Smallwoods problem but Smallwoods took care of me. Thank you kindly!!!!
