FOOD GOOD; QUALITY ASSURANCE POOR
I ordered online from the BobbEvans on a Huber Blvd in Westerville. The food is as good as always but I have 3 or 4 complaints: 1) I did not get one of my food items EVEN THOUGH I asked the associate who delivered my order to DOUBLE CHECK to be sure my order was complete. When she handed me my order she assured me “it’s all there.” Fact is, IT WASN’T. Have had this problem with this location multiple times, requiring g me to go back and get the item I paid for. 2) order fish and a side of vegetables and Bob EVANS threw the carrots in the same container with the fish!! As a result, the carrots were rolling around and got cold and the fish had carrot juice on it. Did not get the usual condiments(butter, tarter sauce) so will request those when I go back. 3) The Cod fish I received was NOT what was pictured on the menu: the menu shows 1 large filet; what I received were 2 small-med fillets. This was another first. Considering that I tipped them, I am frustrated - AGAIN- that this location seems to STILL NOT ON TOP OF ITS CARRY OUT GAME. Shame on you Bob Evans. How many times does this have to happen to me before you get it right? ;(is
