Trying to remortgage for a while now and we had the misfortune to have this lazy and incompetent company to do the paper bits. If you don't chase them at every step, you'll never complete the remortgage. We even had to call the bank only for the bank to tell us we shouldn't have to call them when it's the Enact's job to make sure everything is right. They're asking for the same papers to be signed over and over again, even if you already sent them weeks ago. Internally, the communication seems to be inexistent. Whenever you see Enact, run and don't look back.
