Great service…
We have been renting the same property for over a decade and as I am sure you can imagine we were a bit sceptical when we found out that the letting agency we were with had been purchased by Charters But all we can say is what an improvment in service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Most recently, a minor repair was needed which we reported via the web site and that same day Emily Cuell (Property Manager) phoned to get more information and keep us updated regarding the repair. It was all sorted out in just a few days. We are more than happy with the service provided
