Just a TID....
I'm not a regular traveller but whenever I go on a trip I always use TID. Firstly, the registration process is very quick and simple. Secondly, although (thankfully) I have never had to make a claim, I have had to make adjustments to my policies. I have always found their Customer Service to be friendly and polite with a very good response time to queries. If their rates stay as competitive I will definitely continue to use them in the future. :)
