Absolutely amazing beef short ribs!
Absolutely amazing! I don’t think I’ll need to look anywhere else ever again when it comes to looking for specific cuts of meat. I’ve made two purchases of the beef short ribs (Jacobs ladder) and they were wonderful, not to mention how fast delivery is. Perfect marbling just fit for smoking low and slow, couldn’t be happier. 5 stars all the way from me, I will certainly be back for more and I encourage anyone reading this to get in on the action!
