HORRIFIC customer service!
Terrible customer service! I ordered a bong, it arrived broken. I told them within the time limit and i received an email asking for my Reference number. After sending that; i waited, sending email after email with no reply. The other bong i bought in that order was the ultra strong pink waterfall one, and all of the pink film over the top has fallen off, the stem shattered without the bong ever being dropped and the cp broke when removing it from the stem within a few weeks of purchasing.
