Never felt so alone on a course
I am trying to contact your student support constantly about what my next steps are but it is genuinely like talking into the void. No response, I am straight up not getting what I am paying good money for. Not once have I been contacted by a tutor about my progress, which really is a dig at my own motivation, not to mention that the "new student zone" is a terribly made user experience. I am hoping this will get your attention better then your own student support, if not I will be cancelling my direct debit. I am not receiving the services I am paying for.
