Rip off
We returned from holidays to our hot water system not working . We were informed that it needed replacing and this company quoted us $7000 !! We know it was a ridiculous amount and this was confirmed by a family member who has a successful plumbing business interstate . We eventually got a quote else where for $ 1750 which is a huge difference . Would be worried about someone in a more vulnerable position falling for this and having to pay WAY over what it actually costs . Please do not use this company
