Not quite 5*, but almost hit the mark

Order: GMB240850 Was offererd a fair price, even after the phone's quality was adjusted (A bit silly that "great" is out of the box quality..). Kept in the loop throughout, although -1 star due to an incorrect adjusted valuation, and then the faff of getting that sorted (original quote was void, but I wasn't provided a new one to track) which dragged it out a few extra days. However, once sorted, money hit my account the same day. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive
