I'm disappointed to leave a one-star review, but this situation has gone nowhere.

I’ve placed around 15–20 orders [each in the range of 50-70 GBP] with this company in the past and everything was fine—until now. My most recent order shows as "delivered" by DPD, but all I received was a vague photo of the box, sitting somewhere, not even showing it at my doorstep. The company refuses to offer a refund or replacement unless I file a police report and provide a reference number. Frankly, I don’t have the time to jump through these hoops. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure the courier delivers the package properly; with a signature or clear delivery photo. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and after being a loyal customer for so long, I will not be placing another order. You've lost my trust.
