One delivery Northants are useless

We placed order on Saturday night for a delivery from MuMu kettering. When I placed the order at just after 7pm, I requested delivery for 8pm. It stated that delivery will be between 40-60 minutes so we expected it to be no later than 8.10pm. At 8.15pm I called MuMu directly as we still hadn’t received our order. They informed me the order had been sat there since 7.50pm and still not collected. I called the number I received on the confirmation email and he advised me it shouldn’t be any longer than 15-20 minutes as the restaurant was very busy and he ‘would call his driver’ for an update and call me back, I informed him the food had been waiting since 7.50pm and that there was no one there to collect our food. I also emailed to see where my order was. Another 10 minutes passed and I called again. No answer. So I called the restaurant and it still hadn’t been collected and had now been sat there cooked for half an hour. I cancelled the order with the restaurant and immediately called the number again. This time he answered and I advised him I wanted to cancel the order as it STILL hadn’t been collected and I’m not paying over £40 for cold food. He advised me it wouldn’t be cold which was rubbish. I repeated that we did not want the order. I asked when we would receive a refund as we paid by card. He advised 2-3 days. It’s now Tuesday and we’ve still not had our refund. I am disgusted at the service we received. Blame was passed onto the restaurant. I had no apology. In the end I placed our order directly with MuMu kettering and collected it myself. Once I arrived and waited a short while, the driver came into the restaurant. I believe the driver had to go in to pay for our cancelled order and collect another order. The waitress advised the driver that I was the person who cancelled the order and he still did not apologise! I also emailed again confirming cancellation and requested that they email back to advise once this had been done. Really appalling service and will never use again *Update, refund finally received after I contacted (via his personal Facebook page!) the business development manager whose name is listed on the website*
