Excellent Customer Service I had switched to CovAu for electricity and gas a few months ago after checking out rates on Vic Energy Compare. Since then I have had flawless customer service, but particularly this week from Neil who managed our moving house request with professionalism and diplomb. Huge shoutout to Neil for making an extremely stressful week that little bit better. Highly recommend CovAu for anyone sick of retailers with shoddy customer service!
