Not usual helpful person. Firstly unclear speech and when I asked for question to be repeated she sounded irrated and condescending. Also after 3rd request I was feeling stressed and to lighten the experience I happened to apologetically say "I'm sorry I'm a little deaf, could you repeat the question" although hearing is NOT usually a problem for me. What has REALLY annoyed me is that I now have DEAF on my list and after I asked her to please remove it she said NO...unable!! I've been with Staysure for many many years but after this experience I'm sorry to say but this will be my last time
