Poor customer Service
I have purchase several watches from invicta store my husband loves Invicta but he have gotten three that he wasn't that please with so I returned them and the company received them back on 3/25/22 and 4/4/22 and I have been trying to get in touch with someone about my refund, I sent several emails and no response I finally got to talk with someone yesterday 4/8/22 and he said I would receive the email and my refund I didn't receive either, this is terrible customer service, you can't talk with someone concerning your purchase and when you speak to someone they tell you lies just to get you off the phone. This will be my last purchase I will continue to purchase Invicta from ShopHQ
