Poor customer service (SYDNEY) office.
Haven’t flown with Vietnam Airlines so this review is not based on a flight but on their POOR customer service in Sydney office. I’ve been trying to contact them all day today via phone (Vietnam Airline Office, Lotus, and admin office) and email. Their phone lines were off or down this morning, throughout the afternoon it must have rang for over half an hour each time and they kept putting me back on hold. All I need are some answers to enquires not listed anywhere on your booking website so I can book domestic flights! Sydney, you need to improve your customer service and not make it so difficult!
