Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Avoid or it may cost you money! I ordered three gluten free items and when they arrived were told only one item was gluten free. I explained I had a medical condition and the food was therefore no use to me as a whole meal. The delivery driver told me I would get a refund. Nothing happened and when I queried it I had the rudest customer service experience I have ever encountered. I was told that as I’d got a digit wrong on my phone number they couldn’t contact me (even though they had my email address) and therefore that meant I could not get a refund for the whole order but just the two items that were wrong (despite me returning the whole order!!). The attitude to customers is disgraceful and they should be ashamed. In my mind hey have stolen money from me and have refused flatly to refund me for the whole order. I am reporting to Trading Standards. Absolutely diabolical Added note - interesting how the franchise owner Anthony Goodwin has given HIMSELF a 5 star review following mine above. Another reason you should not trust this company!!! Where is this £15 voucher, I’ve not had it??? I hope it’s not a One Delivery voucher as I would never use the company again and you know that l, so it’s a false gesture! Still no voucher....all lies!
