Awful customer care
I have used this company many times in the past, speaking to their "Customer service" has made me lose complete faith in them as a company and I probably will be not using them again in the future. I was in hospital having major hip surgery and they took payment. I emailed Customer service to ask if they could please cancel my order and refund me as I'm bed bound, live alone and would be physically incapable of taking a delivery with any weight to it. Their response was a flat no as my order was already processed and could not be cancelled. It wasn't it was 28 hours later I recieved another email saying dpd were expecting a delivery from musclefood with an order for myself. So they took my money, ignored my concerns and a day later sent a package to DPD to send to me that I'm in no physical capability to recieve I tried to delay via the website but it didn't obviously go though as I was in hospital with barely any signal The last email I recieved was a dismissive " Hi Joshua, I am sorry to hear this. Prem" They were just happy to collect my money in the end
