Cancelling Diamond resorts contract
We were contacted in 2023 by ECC and told they could get us out of our contract with Diamond resorts and get us compensation for being missold as we did not recieve the service we were sold. We paid upfront fee and filled in the relevant paperwork. We got a call from ECC in 2025 advising us to forget compensation and just have the contract cancelled as this was the best way to ensure there would be no extra charges from Diamond resorts. We accepted this advise and passed to the relinquish department. Steven John called and promised to get us out of the contract within 2 weeks. Steven was extremely efficient allways answered when we called and we got an email from Diamond to cancel our contract in 4 days.
