Best car buying experience EVER!!
First I am a REAL customer, this is not a fake or BOT generated review. I purchased 2 vehicles YEARS ago thru DT when they first came to the Dallas metroplex. I’m so glad I went back. I went to the location in Plano at 1030 Central Expressway. Cash (my sales rep) and Josh (GM) were AMAZING! The process was sooooo easy! I did the pre-app online and submitted a photo of my DL thru a secure link. Everything was verified by the time I arrived the next day. Josh stayed in contact with me via text until I arrived. He wasn’t pushy, naggy or annoying like some dealerships. Cash asked me what was important to me in a vehicle, plugged the data in and the first vehicle that popped up met 99.9% of what I was looking for. I was literally in and out in under 2hrs.
