Wouldn’t recommend for selling pre-loved items
I attempted to sell my designer bag via this service. You are asked for photos of your bag from every angle, I took these and clearly highlighted the defects on the bag via the photos as requested. Luxe made me an offer and I promptly sent over my bag. I then received an email stating my bag had been rejected due to some scratches (that I had clearly indicated in the photos I first sent over). I then had to pay a £20 fee for the bag to be returned back to me. I wouldn’t have sent the bag if I thought it would be rejected and I’d have to pay the return fee. I had clearly disclosed the defects via the photos I submitted, so the rejection was unexpected. Despite being unhappy with the outcome, I have given an additional star as the process is straightforward enough and communication was OK.
