Typed print overlapped the letters

We purchase a large framed print of my son’s wedding picture and we had put their names and date on the bottom. When we received the print, the photo was fine but the print on the bottom was crossing over each other. We thought we could live with it but when my son comes over, he comments on it. Contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do, even though it was their error. They don’t always stand by their work.
