Direct Debit Confirmation
I received my first invoice from CovaU yesterday however it did not specify that the payment would be a direct debit so I contacted CovaU to confirm. It was great that I did not have to wait very long to speak to a customer service person. The person I spoke to was Sky and he was most helpful and quickly confirmed that I do have a direct debit payment on my account. He was polite and knowledgable and had no trouble resoving my querie.
