Beware and Be Warned!
Be very careful to read the PDS (Product Disclosure Statement), and not just the summary, which doesn't tell you all their weasel words. TID is fine until you claim ... then you have to deal with a complex web site (full of errors) which asks you to provide a stack of paperwork which is likely to be very difficult, time-consuming or expensive to provide. Then - they don't pay new for old, so the pay out doesn't cover the cost of replacing the items you lost. Then - they don't pay for items you left behind by mistake. You wonder why you bothered getting insurance from them in the first place!
