The key was shipped incorrectly and will not be refunded
9 days ago, I bought an Office 2024 Home & Business 2PC key from this store for $29.99. However, the key that was delivered was an Office 2024 LTSC key that was circulating on the Internet. I contacted the seller and the seller insisted that it was a higher-end key and better to use, but I explained the situation that the product was shipped incorrectly and received a refund from the seller. It's been 9 days and I still haven't received my money, and I explained this situation to the seller again today, but the seller has not responded. The item is not as described and I have not received a refund. This store is the worst!
