Poor experience
I took out this policy having had a recent one in June. Despite having an account and all my medical conditions were stated, I still had to go through all the lengthy questions again. I then had an email stating that you had tried to contact me about the policy although i had had no phone calls. I rang customer services to ask what the problem was and was told you had to validate the policy and I again had to go through all the questions again. I was not happy about having to go through it all again but was told at the end of the call that the policy had been validated. Today, 29/07/25/ I have had another call from you asking me to go through all the questions again before the policy would be validated. What is going on! I am not best pleased with having jump through the hoops on three separate occasions having been told when I took out the policy that it had been validated and was emailed the validation certificate that I then had to go through it all again twice.
