The correspondence via WhatsApp was excellent with several enquiries regarding prices and delivery being responded to within a couple of hours. There was always a follow up message, but nothing that could be regarded as being pushy. The watch was heavily discounted (Grand Seiko) but came with a full factory warranty. The transaction was easy to complete and the watch arrived the following day. Would definitely recommend.
