Terrible service Finneytown in Cincinnati
I would give no stars if I could. I got there a little after 3. Went to the Finneytown location in Cincinnati, OH. I will never go there again unless I order it to go. First it took longer than it should to get a table since it was not that many people there. I did get waited on soon after I got my table. Just ordered a salad and it took forever to get it. Then took a long time to get my check then no one to check me out. Waited a long time. I just left the money with the receipt on counter and gave a small tip. It was close to 4:30 before I got out of there with only a salad and hardly anyone there. They didn’t even care. Terrible customer service. Don’t know how they can stay in business. I have to say the one in Forest Park or Springdale is good. Service is great, even when very busy. I would give that location 4-5 stars.
