Twice in a week😒😒😒
I tend not to write negative reviews, however I had the same bad experience twice in one week. My bank attempted to send a new debit card to replace a damaged card. I received a text that stated my package was delivered, I work from home so I immediately called and opened a ticket because no package was delivered to my home. When I spoke to the agent, she simply stated that the package was delivered to the correct address. Clearly she was not listening as I stated I am home no package was delivered. I had to contact the bank and have another card issued... 2 days later my neighbor up the street brought the first package (they left this at my door he said). Well the exact same thing happened again, this time the resolution specialist was very helpful and within 30 mis, the driver arrived with the package. I understand the delivery personnel may be in a hurry...but reading an address is fundamental for the position.
