Better Dri Heavy Duty washing line
I bought a new Better Dri Heavy Duty Retractable 5-Line Washing Line. The last one lasted for years and years. The new one was fine for a while, 3-4 months but then one of the lines got caught up on itself and would nether retract nor extend. I asked the customer service department for advice, they may have had the problem before and knew a quick fix, they did not. So without hesitation replaced it. No quibbles.
