Wouldn’t use again, plenty of other great companies on Etsy!
I bought my fairy lights from this company and shortly after they stopped working. I followed the process of emailing them and they said I would need to “upgrade” to LED version and I would see no further issues. I did this, and paid. The lights have also stopped working even though they said I would receive no further issues. I contacted them, sent pictures, a video as requested and the owners customer service skills are worrying to say the least! At my expense (again) he want me to send the lights to him so he can decide what to do. He can’t believe that there is an issue even after me sending a video of the item not working, trying 3 different rooms and sockets and also numerous different plugs. After reading the reviews on here I wish I did my research on this company before purchasing and thinking I was doing the right thing supporting a small business
