You will never find better customer service anywhere
You will never find better customer service anywhere than at The Tea Spot. Ever. I've had lots and lots of friendly, expert and speedy assistance from them over the years (addresses changed, deliveries consolidated, subscriptions adjusted, mixed-up orders of mine corrected, etc.). But nothing can top the help they gave me today when a gift recipient of mine, who lives alone and whose package had already been sent out, ended up having emergency surgery and wasn't going to be home to keep neighbors from noticing an unclaimed package at the front step in a day or two. True to form, The Tea Spot tried, though unsuccessfully, to use their influence with the shipper to have the package returned to them for credit to me or readdressed for shipment to me instead. They then told me that if someone else could get hold of the package upon arrival and write "return to sender" on it, that would still work. They promised to process my reorder immediately if the package was missing when the recipient got home, desperately in need some lovely tea. They also invited me to get back to them if there was anything else they could try to do. Then they even asked after the gift recipient and sent best wishes for an uneventful recovery. This was, like, an hour or less after my message to them once I'd been unable to get the shipper to help fix things. The customer service people at The Tea Spot swiftly jumped on a problem that wasn't even theirs, and at the same time made me feel better and reassured on a very tough day for me. There's nothing else like these folks. Whenever you need help, you'll thank your lucky stars if you're dealing with The Tea Spot. And if you are already a customer, please send them some appreciation for their work along with your next message to obtain assistance. They totally deserve it.
