Broke after 8 days. Customer support still outstanding
Device worked fine for the first 8 days. However it now refuses to switch on. I contacted customer support to resolve the matter under warranty, but despite sending 2 videos, multiple emails and several messages via Fb business chat I’m no further forward. I’ve now got a machine that won’t work and no update from customer support. Currently considering having to buy a different device to clean my newly fitted Invisalign braces. Really disappointed and frustrated. And £80 out of pocket.
