I ordered and paid with my credit card. Then I got an email saying I needed to send a picture of my drivers license and the credit card because the billing and shipping address did not match. I used the copy billing to shipping address feature on the website and they matched when I looked at the email. This seemed like it could have been a scam so I did not reply. The money was refunded to my card but I don't have what I wanted to get for a present for someone. Just got the merchandise in the mail. Thank You for helping me feel comfortable with your process. It a shame that we live in a world where scams are so rampant that we can't trust one another.
