Disgruntled & disappointed 4th-18th October

Have been with grubby for 8 weeks. Delivery of 3 meal kits twice a month. First 2 deliveries I had absolutely no problem with. 3rd delivery was out of the time frame given & delivered to a neighbour which were not the delivery instructions I had given & therefore I didn’t receive my box until the following afternoon when my neighbour contacted me. Hence the box had been un-refrigerated for at least 24hours. I sent an email (website states that emails are typically answered within 24hrs) 3 weeks on & i’m still awaiting an email. The phone line is constantly engaged….must be off the hook as now trying for 2 weeks due to my other issue! & always engaged. My 2nd issue on my 4th delivery last week was a meal kit not being included in the box. Again I have emailed a few times this time so that they would be noticed asking for either another replacement meal or a refund-still no communication since 18th October, now 22nd October & tried phoning…still continually engaged & not one email…..I’m so very disappointed. Having read other reviews it seems only negative reviews receive replies on this forum & are uncontactable otherwise!!!!!
