I bought a Bellus Loveseat and ottoman from Intuition Decor in November and had slipcovers in my cart as well but decided to wait until after Christmas to purchase. I purchased in January and received a confirmation email. then I got an email days later saying they could fill my order because the manufacturer didn't make slipcovers for Bellus. I asked why it wasn't stated on their website and never got an answer. I have been back and forth with the company for 2 weeks and am finally giving up. They wanted to sell me another couch which they said I could 'customize'. I still haven't unpacked the original couch and said I would purchase another couch if I could return the one I had yet to unpack. That led down the rabbit hole of 30 return window. My beef is they gave me NO OPTIONS, so this was the only style in their 5 style offerings that had no possibility of slip covers.
