This company is a scam

This company is a scam, they pay for ratings which you can google for anti trust pilot..seem the website and all the others is a scam. read the 1 start ratings in the review for what you are about to embark on. It's $140 for a call out and that's to pay for the privilege for the scam that is about to unfold. Had Trustpilot not been corrupt and allow scam reviews I would have not needed to go down this path at all so they too play a part in this scam. I researched the costs of the replacement part that breaks down 99% of the time. The pump. $83. The salesman took a 10 minute look and came down and I asked its the pump - he said yes. Then the quote became the whole system in the next sentence. Thanks Blake - I knew you were a crook from this onwards. He saifd it could be a knock on effect if he just fixed the pump so could need solenoid, motherboard..best to pay 8k for a new one. I said no way. Tehen it was $2400 for a pump, but it would need a forensic quote to find the issue....or $1200 for a service. I laughed at him and then myself for loosing $140 to a scam. What do you do? I rang around tradies and was quickly put on to WestAir Solutions and they sorted me in 2 hours, came around, addressed it was the pump as I deducted, check the solenoid and everything was fixed in half an hour, $300. I have booked in for a service and replacement for filters as I can trust these blokes. They saved our Christmas with no fuss, and no bull. Shame on Metropolitan and the other sham companies they own, and shame on Trustpilot for not regulating crooks and allowing people to be manipulated.
