How about zero stars! I was sent a part for my brand new LG washer—a drain pump via FedEx which wasn’t needed and I didn’t order. A repairman came out and re-installed the washer. NOW I had to return the part. I printed out a return label. I scheduled pickup, then no pickup, re-scheduled pickup FOUR TIMES! Finally I called AGAIN and the non native English speaking rep found all four confirmation numbers but NOT with my name and address! I have a unique name, been at same address for >8 years! A separate home on an acre of land. I’m 100% disabled and the local FedEx driver checks on me often. It took a lot but I googled a Drop Box to drop off the package with return label. I tried to cancel pickup but the girl with the thick foreign accent didn’t have a clue how to do it despite my being transferred twice. I’m an immigrant and I usually love speaking with foreign reps. But FedEx is hiring uneducated folks with an awful computer system. They’re horrible!
