I had my first treatment the end of November 2023 and am pretty pleased with the results in the main although a price of my front tooth crown came away but l am trusting this will be sorted on my next visit and will complete a further review then. The positives are the root canal was painless and done very professionally as were the extractions (2) and implants (3) 👍. Daniel from Customer care team at the Antalya clinic was excellent and put me at ease and explained treatments well.😀😀. The collection to and from the airport and hotel were also a real selling point and all was well and went as planned. Not so good was the price differences between what was agreed with the telephone and WhatsApp contact and what was then asked for upon arrival which l had not budgeted for as l had trusted the telephone consultant after confirming costs twice before departing. I did challenge this with the finance guy in Antalya clinic stated they were nothing to do with him and a different department and also made reasons up for the higher costs that were clearly inaccurate - not good responses!! however we did eventually agree on a figure that was still a lot more but at least closer to what was quoted. Disappointingly - now l have paid the bulk of the money including overpaying as l did not need all the work paid for and had agreed to take this as a reduction from costs for the next visit - suddenly no transport or hotel are provided??? And when you ask why and when this was changed - no reply given so still waiting for a response. With a tweaking of the dissonance between the sales team quotes and oversight to ensure they are being honest, clear and transparent in quotes and advising of all costs and changes - this would show more integrity and lead to customer trust and a higher take up of future customers. I will write another review after my next visit in February.
