We ordered a bathroom faucet a month…
We ordered a bathroom faucet a month ago from Lowe's. Unfortunately, they use Thumbtack now to schedule an installer. Thumbtack claimed for 4 weeks that they couldn't find anyone to install the faucet. They tried to charge us for the installation that never happened. Today we found out that Thumbtack cancelled the order without telling us. So we called a local plumber this afternoon. He's coming to install it tomorrow morning. Thumbtack has treated us like complete garbage. They really need to be more careful.
