Not Just Beans! A Masterclass in Support and Kindness.
We knew next to nothing about running a café the morning we opened our community pop-up! Phil, our incredible CoffeeMasters consultant, leapt into action: selecting the right grind consistency, calibrating our coffee machine, teaching us to weigh and time the pour, to steam the milk just right and make it silky & smooth. CoffeeMasters delivered delicious beans, along with a tonne of technical expertise and a huge dose of kindness. He gave us the confidence and skills to serve the best coffee for miles. We served hundreds of happy customers and raised funds for our community. Without Phil it would not have been as phenomenally successful.
