We recently used ByChoice to sell our property and I would never go with another estate agent again. From start to finish they were all fantastic. Our file was manned at all times even if someone was on holiday or sick. We had regular updates which we appreciated at a very stressful time and we were always made to feel in the loop. ByChoice sold our house after one week of being on the market and were professional at all times. They trusted us to make the decisions we wanted to and we trusted them to do their side and they didn’t let us down. Moving house is extremely stressful but they gave us 100% and they are all worth their weight in gold. We were particularly impressed with Jordan who was our main point of contact, Matt who produced our photos and videos for the sale and Keeleigh who was always there to answer and questions and chase things up. We honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Haverhill apart from them. Thank you ByChoice.
