Great service, great shipping, and great items! I ordered the Thickened Glass Wooden Handle Teapot and afterwards, the Electronic Flat Teapot Warmer. My teas look pretty in the glass teapot, but I also use it for coffee. My teapot is also a decanter now, although the lid on the teapot isn't quite sealed to the decanter. Ends up loosening and falling off sometimes, so make sure to hold the lid when pouring or don't use the lid at all! Can't say I'm disappointed by the teapot warmer either! Underestimated how long and how hot it kept my tea warm or really any other hot liquids I drink while I work and forget about... Price isn't too bad either. Now, I give it a 4/5 rating!!! Oh yeah! Wow!
