Overall great experience
our family have been using TID for some time now on different ocassions for our travels. Must say easy process from start to finish. Love the fact they email you before you head off and once again on your return to ensure everything went smoothly and give you the oportunity to contact them if need be. Mobile app is great and easy to use with everything you need for your policy right at hand. #1 for me
